Narrow miss on LTA National Awards for Avon

Claire Nutt and The University of Bristol Uni were shortlisted for the National Finals of the LTA Awards. Unfortunately they are runners up only this year. But they are always winners to us. Enjoy your special day without having to make a speech.

They'll have to remember their great day together at 'Queens' on Tuesday 27th June 2023, when the five LTA Regional Award winners from Avon had a fantastic day at the Cinch Championships.

Sandy Proctor presented the awards on court and everyone enjoyed time chatting with players on the tour, watching matches and enjoying hospitality.

Martyn Bray, Jonny Fenner, Helen Abbott, Claire Nutt and Mandy Stonier and Rachael Perryman from Somer Valley Tennis thoroughly enjoyed their day admitting "..this is the way to watch tennis."
