Avon Coach Network at David Lloyd Westbury

Avon Coaches met up at the Avon Coach Network event on 4th May at David Lloyd Westbury. Free of charge to accredited and accredited+ coaches in the county, lots of fun was had while learning and sharing tips and advice.

Suzanne Williams, of FIT4Coaching, delivered an on court “Never Waste a Warm-Up” CPD session She was Emma Raducanu’s original S&C coach from 7-11yrs and she got everyone working out.

Avon Tennis and LTA updates followed with a great talk from Helen Abbott about walking tennis.

Networking took place over tea and coffee and coaches were fuelled with ideas and added some CPD points too.
