Coffee & Chat

As promised the next Avon Tennis Coffee & Chat is in the Bath area on TUESDAY 25th MARCH 2025, a 6pm start - please see attached flyer.

This one is mainly for the Bath area clubs, but of course, every club and venue are welcome to come along, the usual format will be adopted, an informal chat, a chance to share good practice, meet county volunteers and fellow volunteers from other clubs.

Subjects that come to light all the time are governance, club policies, club/coach contracts, retention of members, attracting new members and maintenance of courts, applying for grants & loans, plus other subjects too numerous to list here.  Our main topic this time is governance and club policies and procedures, which at Clevedon raised several interesting conversations, all of which meant everyone went away with ideas and thoughts for their club.
